Jonathan Andrews (Sales and Marketing Director)
Never satisfied, is a great way to describe Jonathan. He strives everyday to do something bigger, something better. The number of fields that Jonathan is fluent in is almost uncountable. Jonathan is a solution maker, and if for some reason we can't presently provide a service that you need, Jonathan will not rest until your project is underway. With years of experience in sales, web managing, marketing, and real estate, Jonathan is not new to making sure the client is not only taken care of, but that they are completely enthralled with their LensFlare Creations experience.

Joseph Robba (Creative Director)
Joseph is not only a Video professional but he is a big dreamer...not the kind that dreams and hopes...but the kind that dreams, and does. "No" is a hurdle that Joseph often leaps over, and leaves in the dust, so any project that is in his hands, you can rest assured, he is going to take it to another level.

Joseph has over 5 years of experience in many, television related fields. He has done everything from being a Producer for a network show, to being the lighting director for a live studio show. He is a seasoned videographer, and video editor, and if you have a production need, Joseph will tackle it, and give you product that you will be more than proud of.

Julie Robba (Creative Designer)
Julie is heart and soul of our creative core. She is the kind of person you can give a project, in which you haven't had the time to devote any inspiration to, and she will bring it back to you with something that will absolutely blow your mind! Julie is a deeply immersed designer, with experience doing design work for companies such as Lance Snacks, Cape Cod Chips, Harris Teeter, YMCA of Charlotte, and the US National Whitewater center. If you have a graphic need, whether it be as small as a logo, or as grand as a new website, you will be floored by the product Julie and the rest of our team can design for you.
